Legacy Park is an on-campus residential community designed for continuing students seeking the comfort and convenience of apartment living while remaining connected to campus life.
Available in private or shared one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts, each apartment features a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, patio or balcony, and access to a supportive residential environment with staff available to assist students throughout their college experience.
Located on the south side of campus, Legacy Park offers easy access to academic buildings, dining options, recreation facilities, and campus resources. Across the street, Girard Park provides space for outdoor recreation, exercise, and community events, including many of Lafayette's popular festivals and celebrations.
To be eligible for Legacy Park, students must have earned at least 24 credit hours and lived on campus for a minimum of two semesters.
